The Approval Process
Please direct your request for approval to:

Information you should include:
- Attach a copy of your finished and complete article to the article submission
eMail you send to:
articlepost@bwsgroup.net.
Articles may be submitted in either plain text (.txt) or Word (.doc or .docx)
format.
- Your article submission MUST contain a
clearly identified and labeled unique identifier of 6-8
characters. This can be one you make up -- or -- here is an example you are free
to use. A new randomly created identifier is created with each refresh of this
page:
Unique Identifier: j5wz4jMf.
- Keep track of the unique identifier you use as it will be needed again later
in the approval process.
- Your name, website url and/or product description, and your affiliation (owner,
writer, supervisor, etc).
- Name of our blog you are interested in (each blog should be included if more
than one).
- Specific areas/categories your website/product targets.
- Any other information that you think might be of value in the evaluation process.
Our one-time processing fee of $30 per article is for:
- Reviewing and evaluating your article for content, relevence, grammar and
content structure.
- Evaluating the article content to make sure it stays within our approval guidelines.
- Preparing the approved article for posting to our blog
network in the category of your choice. If no category is chosen by you, we will
post the article in what we feel is the most appropriate category on the chosen
blog.
- Actual posting and tweaking as needed for a professional looking post.
- Permanent article residence, live on our blog network with no additional fees
or recurring costs.
- All payment processing fees.
The one-time processing fee payment of $30 per article should
be made to our sales@bwsgroup.net
PayPal account before the article approval process can begin.
Your processing fee payment must contain the same unique identifier
created above in the comments section of the PayPal payment
form. Your unique identifier will then be used to match up your one-time processing
fee payment to your article submission so we may begin the approval and posting process.
Optionally, you may contact us at
articlepost@bwsgroup.net and request
an eMail invoice containing a pre-made PayPal payment button that
would contain all of the payment information needed. You would simply click the button
in the eMail invoice and make the payment from your PayPal account
-- or -- use a credit/debit card, even without a PayPal account.
To use the PayPal eMail invoice payment method, you would
need to provide an eMail address for the PayPal eMail
invoice before we could create and send it.
If for some unlikely reason your article does not get approved and posted, your
processing fee would be promptly refunded back thru the PayPal
system.
You will be contacted by return eMail when your request has been processed ...
either approved, denied or a request for additional information.
Approved articles will normally be posted within 24 business
hours after final approval. You will then be sent another eMail when your request
has been completed, with the full url to where your article is located on our blog
network.
