During the notification process from the payment processor that a purchase has been made, occassionally a problem occurs and the purchase made at the payment processor cannot be immediately validated and confirmed with the information that was provided by the payment processor.

Our Customer Service staff will then resolve any issues as soon as possible and provide you with the necessary information so that you may claim your purchase.
