Your Order Has Encountered A Processing Problem |
During the notification process from the payment processor that a purchase has been made, occassionally a problem occurs and
the purchase made at the payment processor cannot be immediately validated and confirmed with the information that was provided
by the payment processor.
It would appear that such an instance has occurred with your purchase.
Although we do understand the frustration in situations of this nature, normally the solution is relatively simple. The order
simply needs to be validated manually by our Customer Service staff and the url provided so you can then claim the
product purchased.
To complete your purchase, please forward a copy of the purchase receipt provided by the payment processor, along with as much
detail as possible about the problem you have encountered, to
support@bwsgroup.net.
Our Customer Service staff will then resolve any issues as soon as possible and provide you with the necessary information so
that you may claim your purchase.
